DRY ROT REMOVAL AND REPLACING A FLOOR
Client came to us after finding kitchen floor bouncing. We carried out survey and found a dry rot outbreak caused by lack of ventilation to sub floor and a slight water leak on main tap.
We stripped the whole kitchen floor. Carried out dry rot treatments to the affected area and fully replaced floor.
